This 3 bedroomed house has 2 double rooms and a twin. 1 bathroom and a shower room which is en-suite and a separate downstairs toilet. The kitchen is new with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, fridge, freezer, microwave and large 5 hob range cooker with granite work surfaces. The lounge is large with 2 cream leather sofas, plasma fire and flat screen TV with Freeview. The dining area is for 8 and looks out on the private rear garden through double doors onto a 2nd balcony.

This area of Ryde is quiet and the house is located in the grounds of the former home of the Earls of Spencer (Princess Diana's family). You are a 2 minute walk from the beach which you reach through a locked private slipway access- exclusive to residents of Westfield Park. You can launch jetski's etc direct into the water at high tide from here. The beach is wide and sandy giving hours of play or long walks along the seashore to Fishbourne with secluded tranquility of woods that come down to the beach.

Also available are tennis courts, traditional sea front entertainments, lawn bowls and Ryde Golf Club is at the end of Spencer Road.
