Once you enter into the courtyard the main building lies in front of you and the west wing to your right.

The position of the villa allows you easily to explore the island, but many of my guests just stay at the villa for it truly peaceful here.
Large private pool 13 x 6 m: the pool area offers complete privacy for sunbathing and swimming. Garden with fruit trees and vegetable garden (all organic) you can help yourself to any ripe fruits or vegetables.
Inner courtyard, terrace, pool area and garden: 800 sq m; living area 200 sq m. In walking distance you will find a baker, pastry shop, butcher, supermarkets and green grocer, tavernas and traditional cafés “kafeneia.
There is also a post office, bank (ATM), chemist/pharmacy & medical center.
