Lowenek barn is set off a very quite road there is ample parking and complete privacy. Situated to the side of the barn is a sitting out area in amongst trees and overlooking the resevoir. Lowenk is popular for relaxing winter weekends, spring walking holidays and of course beach breaks. Drift resevoir is a nature reserve and a favourite for bird watchers. In the surrounding fields are often sighted foxes at play and badgers. We provide free internet service via an ethernet cable which is fixed upstairs and you can just plug into your laptop. The barn is reverse layout making the most of these views. The entrance is on the first floor opening into a large open plan room with a high ceiling and exposed beams. The sitting area to the front with couch and armchairs and a real flame stove, to the back is a kitchen and dining room area. On the ground floor is a large double bedroom, off which is a shower-room toilet.

Lowenek barn is well equipped and heated by a flamerite stove and night storage. We supply hand and shower towels and all linen. Ideal for couples although we can add a cot or a small single bed. Inside the barn which has no TV signal there is a dvd player with monitor and a good selection of dvd's, there is also a music center and a well stocked contemporary library. We also supply internet access at no extra charge. The sitting area has a couch and two armchairs lamps and a 'real flame' stove as well as night storage heaters. The views are lovely. The kitchen is well equiped with a cooker, fridge and microwave, we supply many kitchen basics such as fresh coffee, tea, sugar, oil, herbs ect. The 30' bedroom with large double bed is furnished in a simple style, there is a bedside radio. The shower toilet room comes with shower and hand towels. The owners house is set back and surrounded by trees so guests privacy is not distubed.
