The accommodation comprises: entrance hall with stairs up to first floor. Lounge with sea views, comfortable seating, T.V. and video. Doors in to a new modern well equipped kitchen/diner with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave and dining table and chairs to seat 8. Beds made up on arrival. Bedroom 1 set of bunk beds (not full adult size). Bathroom with W.C., wash hand basin, bath with electric shower over. Stairs up to second floor bedroom2 double bed. Bedroom 3 twin beds and wash hand basin. Bedroom 4 family room containing double bed, single bed and wash hand basin. Bathroom with W.C., wash hand basin and bath with electric shower over. Outside parking for up to four vehicles. Garden area with patio furniture. Please note that the owners live in the ground floor apartment.
