The villa sleeps 10 people in 3 well sized bedrooms all featuring en-suite bath/shower rooms and air conditioning/heating. The triple aspect lounge affords you views in all directions, also offering Sky Television and air conditioning and wood burning fire for cool winter nights. The dining room with its beautiful solid wood table to comfortably seat 10 people leads to the large well equipped kitchen, with all the usual facilities including microwave and dishwasher and then on into the utility room with washing machine.
All 3 bedrooms can be arranged to suit as twin or doubles or combinations of both. There is also the use of a cot and highchair making it ideal for families if required. Being set in 7000sq.m. of land you are assured complete privacy peace and quiet. The Master bedroom has patio doors leading to its own 8 sqm. garden area with seating for morning tea or evening rest.
The large veranda (60sq. metres) is under the cover of the main roof and stretches 3 sides of the villa, ensuring plenty of shade from the midday sun, keeping the villa cool yet allowing in plenty of light. The heated swimming pool at 9m x 4m, with depths up to 2m offers great swimming. Unwind in the sun on the patio area surrounding the pool, whilst pondering at the breathtaking views.
