Opens onto the swimming pool and is far away about 60 yards from the main Farmhouse The cottage is attractively furnished and opens onto the swimming pool which is shared with the guests of the two apartments of the main Farmhouse Ground floor: Patio room with glass door to pool, one twin room; small kitchen; living/dining room with double bedroom alcove at far end, W.C. with shower. The pool, measuring 14x4 mts; 1,5 - 2,2 metres deep, is set in a spacious paved area with outdoor furniture. The surrounding countryside is set up with olive groves vineyard and pine trees, 2 Km. from Campiglia Marittima, near Populonia (on the coast in front of the Elba Island, in the Val Di Cornia) The property is an easy walk from the village and a 10-15 minute drive to the coast. Close to the archaeological park of San Silvestro.

Thanks to nature conservation in the area (wich is made up of several nature reserves) the property surrounding garden offers an interesting flora and fauna.
