Superior Detached Villa, well located within mature residential area, convenient for all local amenities of the university town and ancient Burgh of St Andrews. One of the most attractive towns in Scotland, with historic buildings,high quality architecture, a magnificent beach frontage and a cosmopolitan atmosphere. The famous golf links ensure St Andrews remains known throughout the world as the home of golf. The surrounding area contains some of Scotland's most interesting attractions including the fishing villages of Fife's 'East Neuk,' country houses and gardens and numerous golf courses. The house is a high quality family home in excellent decorative order with a full range of facilities. Four bedrooms can sleep 7; there are two bathrooms. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area provides an ideal family environment. The spacious lounge is equipped with a digital TV, DVD player and gas fire. There is full central heating, wireless broadband and a large, secluded garden.

Notes: The house is equipped with everything required for a family holiday. A cot and high chair are provided for young children as is a safety gate to prevent toddlers using the stairs. The house is in a quiet residential street with off-street parking and a large back garden with access onto a quiet public park. There is a charcoal barbecue and as well as the washing machine in the kitchen, there is a tumble dryer in the garden shed. Two digital televisions and a DVD player are provided along with a combined TV and video player. A large selection of family games, videos and books is provided. We maintain current information on local attractions, restaurants, events etc. and provide maps of the area. The property has full central heating and a gas fire in the lounge. Apart from the bathrooms which have tiled floors, there are wooden floors throughout the property.
