The Almunecar town centre maintains its authentically Spanish character while welcoming international visitors. The winding passages of the old quarter are well worth exploring. The town also has several markets, some very good restaurants, a castle, a bird park, several beaches and a water park. Modern supermarkets, banks and other facilities are also available.
The magnificent city of Granada with its spectacular Alhambra palace is only 40 minutes away, with high quality skiing in the nearby Sierra Nevada mountains from December to April. Seville, another great destination, can be reached in 3 hours.
The new, roomy and fully-equipped 4-bedroom house (one double, three twins) is on the corner of a group of four units. There are three floors and a large terrace. The total indoor area is 125 m2.
There are two full bathrooms, one en suite with two showers, plus an extra WC. One bedroom has a private terrace. The interior is spacious and the ceilings high, contributing to a light and open atmosphere. Eight people are very comfortable here.
The main terrace has a 180 degree panorama view and is an ideal place to enjoy a relaxing meal or sunbathe. The terrace is equipped with a dining table, chairs and sun beds.
