The setting is ideal for walkers, bird watchers, lovers of the coast and sea sports and is perfect for couples or family holidays. Seabreeze offers pure luxury with attention to detail and has been recently been modernized to offer the perfect holiday accommodation. Downstairs there is a Lounge with stunning views of the Bay and ocean and it has been decorated in cool blues incorporating a sea theme and complemented by Cath Kidston accessories. Relax in the lounge on the sumptuousness sofas and enjoy watching the television, which has a combined DVD/Video and Sky TV and there is a radio stereo c/d with a selection of cd’s, videos and DVD’s. In the winter you can enjoy the wood burning stove set against a stone fireplace and is complemented with a fabulous wooden floor and finished with cool blue rugs. There is a separate dining conservatory which has a pine dining table, which seats six and a pine child’s high chair.

Cemaes Bay is the most northerly village in Wales and is an area of outstanding beauty and some of which is owned by the National Trust. The main attraction of the bay is its two sandy beaches, Traeth Mawr, known as the big beach and Traeth Bach known as the little beach and both have been awarded the renowned Blue Flag in June 2004. Sea fishing is another favorite pastime and there are many charter boats that will take you fishing offshore to fish for many different species of fish in the coastal waters. One of the benefits of staying at Seabreeze is that only feet away you can join the beautiful and un-spoilt Coastal path which stretches for 125 miles. The coastal path passes through landscape which includes a mixture of farmland, coastal heath, dunes, salt-marsh, foreshore, cliffs and a few small pockets of woodland.

  • Weekly bookings are taken from Saturday-Saturday but short breaks are available any nights of the week with a minimum of 3 nights.

    Welcome Pack is provided on arrival, which includes Milk, Butter, Bread, Eggs, Preserves, Orange Juice, Cheese, Tea, Coffee and a Bottle of Wine. We also provide Soap, Toilet Rolls, Kitchen Roll, Salt and Pepper, Washing up Liquid and Washing Powder.

    Up to two dogs are permitted but an extra charge of £10 per week will be added to your Bill.

    We provide a high chair and a travel cot

    Car Parking
    There is off road parking for two cars, one outside the house and the other outside the garage. The garage can be used to safely store any bikes or a boat you wish to bring with you on your holiday.

    A 30% deposit is payable at point of booking either by cheque or bank transfer. Final balance is due 4 weeks prior to holiday.

From the hallway there is a newly fitted luxury Kitchen, which has an Oven and Hob, Microwave, Fridge Freezer, Food Mixer, Washing Machine and Dishwasher and is equipped with every piece of cooking equipment you will ever need. Downstairs there is a double bedroom and separate toilet and shower room. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one has a double bed and Television and the other has twin beds, both offering dramatic sea views and on a clear day you can see the Isle of Man. Both bedrooms have been decorated in the New England theme with white painted bedroom furniture with splashes of rich colour fabrics of pinks and turquoise. Upstairs there is also a newly appointed bathroom featuring the beach theme with white and blue accessories. Also provided is a child’s travel cot, toys, games, books and seaside children toys including bucket and spade.

Outside there is an enclosed garden which offers the same dramatic sea views and from here you can watch the boats sailing in and out of the harbour and other water sports activities. Enjoy alfresco dining on the patio area where there is a table and chairs and a Barbeque. From the garden you can walk straight on to the coastal path.

Our holiday at Seabreeze was everything that we'd hoped for and more . Its in a quiet location but within walking distance of the beach and the village. The village has a couple of pubs (good food!), bistro and convenience store amongst others.
Seabreeze itself is fantastic. The garden leads out onto the costal path and down to the beach. The living room has beautiful seaviews especially from the patio windows, likewise the kitchen window. If I lived there permanently I wouldn't mind being tied to the kitchen sink! Infact all rooms bar the dining room (at the front of the house) have wonderful seaviews.
The attention to detail is lovely with rooms beautifully decorated and furnished, especially the pink bedroom for the children.
Sitting by the log fire watching a raging storm mid week of our holiday was just fabulous! The waves were tremendous but our windows had a bit of a bashing from the salty sea water!
Anyone looking for a peaceful, relaxing holiday in lovely accommodation and beautiful surroundings this is the place for you.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Adventure Seekers, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
