External steps lead up to a covered terrace on the first floor which leads to an open-plan living/dining room and a modern and well-equipped kitchen. On the same floor are two double bedrooms (one with a 130 cm double bed), one with an en-suite bathroom, a twin bedroom, a shower room and two separate WCs with washbasins. A steep open spiral staircase leads up to the second floor which consists of a twin bedroom with sloping ceiling and a private roof terrace (tropezienne) overlooking the garden and pool. This bedroom is most suitable for children/teenagers.
