A beautiful Spanish retreat on the outskirts of San Javier on the Costa Calida. Whilst close to the beaches of the Mar Menor, several golf courses but just 7 kilometres from Murcia Airport, it is situated in a quiet development in a traditional Spanish town. All modern coveniences are provided for a peaceful and memorable holiday.

There are a variety of local restaurants and tapas bars within walking distance along with a full range of shops in the Town centre where you can also find a museum and a beautiful church in the square. Two miles out of town is the new 'Dos Mares' shopping complex with multi screen cinema and plenty of restaurants. San Javier is famous for its annual jazz festival. There are several golf courses within a short drive including La Manga and Villamartin whilst just five minutes walk is a fully equiped golf school and driving range. The nearest beach is at Santiago de la Ribera 2 miles from the house whilst just up the coast at Lo Pagan are the famous mud flats used by the Spanish for their healing properties. There are many many restaurants along the coast, fish dishes being a speciality of the region. The town has a modern Sports Centre with tennis and swimming, but booking is adviseable in the summer months.

Additional information about rental rates

  • 'Sueños' is available all year round. Long lets and short lets(minimum 4 days) by arrangement.

    A non refundable 25% deposit is required to secure a letting with the balance payable at least one calender month before occupancy. Charges include all normal cleaning and linen, although we do ask for a deposit of £100 at the time of booking to cover unusual cleaning and breakages - this is otherwise refunded following a satisfactory report from our agents. Lettings can start and end any day of the week, subject to other letting arrangements.

    Special rates apply at Christmas - please enquire of the owners. Although 'Sueños' is a no-smoking zone inside, it is permitted on the solarium and ground floor patio. This is a quiet residential location and for this reason we do not let to All male / female parties or students, and only let to families or applicants over the age of 25.

Ten minutes after leaving Murcia Airport you can be enjoying the start of your holiday in 'Sueños' (Spanish for 'Dreams'). This small development has a large communal pool whilst the house provides two bedrooms (one with balcony), two bathrooms and a wonderfully private roof top solarium. It is air conditioned (hot and cold) with back up heating for the winter nights. There are ceiling fans in the lounge and master bedroom. Satellite TV is installed along with a CD / cassette player. You are within a few minutes walk of local restaurants, tapas bars and supermarket. The town centre is equally close and provides a full range of shops and services. The stunning beaches of the Mar Menor are just a short drive away.
