Located on the ground floor of a two floor villa, this two person apartment is fully furnished for a comfortable holiday stay; private parking is available. Surrounded by other villas with gardens, the house is located half a Km. from the Leaning Tower. This apartment is a wonderful base for a couple wanting to spend a holiday exploring Pisa and other cities of Tuscany by rail (railway station at 1 Km.) or by car: Florence (80 Km.), Lucca (20 Km.), Siena (110 Km.).

In the month of June, many events are organized by the municipality; in particular, in June, the 4th, will be held the regatta of the 'Repubbliche Marinare' over the Arno river, an historical match among the teams of Amalfi, Genova, Venezia and Pisa; in June, the 16th, in occasion of the celebration of the patron saint, you can attend the hystorical parade and, in the night, the 'luminaria', when the streets along the Arno river are decorated with thousands of candles hanging at the windows of the mansions.

In the case of cancellation more than 2 weeks prior to your agreed arrival date, we convert your deposit into a voucher. This voucher is valid for a year and can be used for another booking of our apartment. If your cancellation is made within 2 weeks of your agreed arrival date, there will be no refund of the deposit. Guests are responsible for any damages to the apartment and furniture.

This comfortable holiday apartment is very spacious and guests have at their disposal three rooms and the bathroom of the six ones in total; three rooms are closed because of restoration works and will be available in the future. Private parking available for free. At the back of the apartment there is a nice 'veranda' where you can have relax or meals, with sight on the garden of the owners who live at the upper floor of the villa. The furniture of the bedroom is in the original style of the 50's (restaurated), typical of the local woodcraft famous in Italy. A full and wide kitchen, a full bathroom and a dining room with complete facilities allow guests to spend a very comfortable holiday. Shops, pharmacy, bank are a 10 min walk away. A bus stop is in front of the apartment. Two bikes are available on request for our guests; many people in Pisa use bikes: it's easy, fast, healthy.. and free! Please ask for them after booking.

The Galilei Airport of Pisa is very near (3 Km.) and to enjoy your tours car is not essential. If you like Sea-side areas, Pisa is situated at 8 Km. from the sea coast, with the famous Versilia region at 20 Km.
