West Haven holiday villa "Palm Trees" in The Manor

The South facing private pool is larger than average at 30'x15' as is the 7' Spa. Both can be heated. The whole area is insect screened, and overlooks an Orange Grove, and is very private. The Spa floods into the pool over a waterfall. In the evening underwater lighting in both areas create a magical effect and add a wonderful ambience for alfresco dining. Access to the pool/patio area is via both Master Bedrooms, the Lounge, and the Pool Shower Room. A child safety fence is installed.

You will have 2 Master Bedooms, with King & Queen size beds, en-suite facilities, walk in showers, twin vanity units, a Roman Tub in one, and seperate W/C's. Each has large built in wardrobes. There's cable TV in each. Both open directly onto the pool deck. There are 2 twin bedrooms each with built in wardrobes and plenty of drawer space. These share a third bathroom with bath with shower over and W/C. This bathroom has pool access

You can have cots and high chairs at no extra cost.

If 10 people wish to stay one of the sofas in the lounge opens out into a Queen sized bed. The lounge is light, spacious, and sumptuously furnished for 7 adults. It has cable TV, DVD and a Playstation. This area is open plan, so anyone cooking in the kitchen doesn't miss out on the fun.

The kitchen has everything you'd expect in a modern kitchen. you'll have a huge fridge/freezer, with ice maker and chilled water dispenser. There's a kettle and a coffee maker. In a utility room there's a quick cycle washing machine and a tumble dryer. As well as a breakfast bar in the kitchen, you'll have a 4 seater breakfast nook overlooking the pool. For formal dining there's a 6 seater dining area off the lounge and kitchen. The villa has all crockery, cutlery, towels and bed linen you need, along with a change of bedding for half way through your stay.

The villa is, of course, fully air conditioned.

But also there are ceiling fans in every room, as well as out on the covered area of the patio.
