Huge deck with loungers for everyone and large hot tub. Patio dining with barbecue. One acre of Paradise, with exceptional beauty everywhere you look. Professional gourmet kitchchen on main living level, with a second kitchen downstairs. Hardwood floors, imported rugs, brilliant art collection. High-speed Internet. Four sumptuous bedrooms with queen beds. Two bathrooms upstairs, one with over-sized shower, the other with tub/shower ; one downstairs with tub/shower. Queen sleeper in downstairs living room. Sorry no dogs as there are cats on the grounds. Washer/dryer. $1,000 refundable security deposit, payable by check. Location: Jenner, California 95450. One week minimum in July and August. SUMMER TURN DAY: FRIDAY Turnday: Any. Amenities: River-Front, River View, Fireplace/Wood-Stove, Near Golf Course, 6 Steps or Less, High-Speed Internet, Unlimited Long Distance, Hot Tub, Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer.
