This fantastic 2/3 Bedroom Luxury Penthouse Apartment is on the front elevation facing the sea on the 5th Floor, of Terraza Del Duque. It is within a secure building with receptionist through the day and security at night. This a large Penthouse with an incredible roof terrace offering magnificent views catching the sun all day. All downstairs rooms have panoramic views of the sea, the famous Del Duque Beach is only a 5 minute walk. It is tastefully decorated throughout. The master bedroom with en suite and the second bedroom both have air conditioning. The kitchen is fully fitted, with annex room housing Washing Machine, Tumble Drier and Dishwasher. There is a very large balcony with dinning facilities offering again spectacular views. The lounge has large screen TV and DVD, with French Doors over looking the Baie Del Duque. There is a heated swimming pool. The roof terrace can be used for sunbathing, dinning and cocktails.

The apartment is next to the Grand Hotel Costa Adeje, Del Duque is the prime area of Costa Adeje. It is a 5 minute walk to Playa Del Duque the finest beach in Tenerife hosting magnificent resturants and over looked by the renowned Bahia Del Duque Hotel. The shopping centres are all within a 5 minute walk ranging from designer such a Cartier to the local supermarkets. There is also within a 10 minute walk Playa de Fanabe offering Bars, Restaurants, children entertainment and sports activities. For the sports enthusiast there is a local Gym, Health Spa Adeje 18 hole golf course and many more Golf Courses within a 10 minute drive and a local tennis club.

Notes: Access to the heated pool is via a direct lift. The apartments themselves are very secure with a receptionist through the day and security doors and CCTV in the evening. The apartment block has a 5 star finish to its internal decor. The apartment's roof terrace is very spacious and is accessed via a spiral staircase from the main balcony. All internal accommodation is on the one floor. The balcony is ideal for the evenings to sit and watch the spectacular sun sets.

Brilliant location, excellent quality

We stayed in August 2008 and were very pleased with the quality and range of facilities the appartment provided. We spent loads of time just chilling admiring the views - the ocean at the front, the mountains behind. We loved the location - quiet, secure but within easy reach of some great retaurants and bars (I recommend the Slow boat chinese - great value and great food). The people who looked after the place were great and the cleaning was of a good standard. We had a problem with the air con but this was sorted efficiently after one phone call. The location is ideal for exploring the island - we went all over north and south. The pool at the complex was small but never crowded, visited mainly by the locals who live in the block. You are well situated for shops and the local market. There is entertainment to be had in many of the great hotels around the area, all within walking distance.

The only drawbacks (though not for us) was the walk down to the beach (or more precisely the walk back as it was uphill) and car parking could be difficult.

I would recommend this appartment to my freinds on the basis of location, quality and value for money

Outstanding Holiday Apartment

We have just returned from a wonderful holiday at this first class apartment and would say we could not fault it at all. The apartment has everything you could wish for and the views from the terraces have to be seen to be believed.

We were met as promised by Martin who gave us the keys and some useful info about Tenerife.

The beach is a short walk away and this is stunning, however the sunbeds are expensive (but worth it).

This beautiful apartment really made our holiday special and the heated pool was a bonus, however the weather was fantastic anyway.

We will be going back next year for sure.

** Absolutely Fabulous Penthouse Apartment **

We stayed in this truely amazing apartment for 10 nights in September 2009. We were met by the meet & greet couple who showed us around and were only a telephone call away if we needed anything. The apartment was huge & contained every single imagenable item you could ever need on a holiday !! The apartment was spotless, clean and very bright. This apartment has the most amazng views over the ocean and mountains. The balcony is wonderful for those odd evenings in whilst appreciating the views as the sun sets. The terrace above is so big, spacious and very quite for those relaxing chill out days !! Everything from hotels, shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, and the beach are all so very close to hand. Both my husband and I had a fab time and will be returning in the future.

Amazing apartment.

This penthouse apartment is situated in a very nice quiet location but is surrounded by very nice restaurants and hotels.On entering the building we were very impressed by the cleanliness of the reception area and the lovely tiled walls and floors.When we walked into the apartment we were amazed at how big it was and how much outdoor space there was on the lower balcony and upper sun terrace.The views are beautiful morning, noon and night.
The owner of this apartment has provided everything you need for a superb relaxing holiday.They even leave a file with ideas of where to go and recommend many restaurants of which we tried and they were as good as recommended.
We just loved this penthouse for its space and even though there was only 2 of us we felt that with a group of 6 there would be more than enough space for everyone.
We also enjoyed very good communications with the owner,Tom, prior to going and with Karen and Pauline at the resort.
We were so impressed we have already booked to return in August. Maria and Michael.

We stayed at this luxury apartment and were delighted with the apartment with all home from home mod cons, huge terrace with marvellous sea views and great pool area. The apartment was in a perfect location within walking distance of a suberb beach, elegant promenade, cocktail bars, restaurants and designer shops. Costa Adeje is a relatively quiet resort but more lively resorts are only a walk away along the sea front or short taxi ride. We will definitely return again this year .
