Lilliput is one of seven cottages on this 4 acre estate. Trehill Cottages in Callington, SE Cornwall is a small development of lakeside cottages with wifi internet access, fishing, on-site facilities, leisure club membership and much more! Lilliput is a detached cottage set in its own private garden. Please note that Lilliput has just been completely refurbished to an extremely high standard. The pictures have not yet been updated to reflect this. Set away from the rest of the cottages, it is quiet and peaceful. Converted from an old farm building it is rustic but comes with all mod cons. It benefits from free membership to the nearby China Fleet Leisure Club. Lilliput also makes a great base for our golf breaks giving free golf at China Fleet or St Mellion’s two championship golf courses. Being on one level, it is particularly accessible for the less mobile. Lilliput was refurbished in 2008 and now benefits from a cosy kitchen with and full central heating.

    All weeks start on Saturday although depending on season there could be some flexibility. Check in 3:00. Trehill has 7 cottages in total making it suitable for large parties of up to 26 at one time. All cottages receive membership to the China Fleet club with 3 pools gym etc. Please note that all children must be accompanied by a parent or responsible guardian.

There is a large living room with glazed brick walls leading out into the large vaulted conservatory with private terrace and garden. Sheltered by a large vine covered trellis, it is a perfect place to cook a barbecue or relax with a book or a glass of wine. There are two a good-sized bedrooms. Both have en-suite shower rooms. Facilities: king sized bed in main bedroom, King or twin in brdroom 2, Ample wardrobes, Colour TV, DVD player. CD stereo, Microwave, Washing Machine, Dishwasher, Full central heating, Fridge, Tumble drier on site, Bed linen electricity and heating included. Large garden. Cot available on request,- Free broadband internet access (bring your own laptop). Two memberships to the China Fleet leisure club are included. Sorry but we cannot accept pets and smoking is not allowed inside the cottages. There is plenty of parking available. St Mellion Golf Package. To upgrade to a golf package, simply add £100 per person/wk to the holiday price.

Golf upgrade available: This gives unlimited golf at the nearby either the... St Mellion Golf (Courses and free use of the clubs pools and gym ) for £1oo per person per week. China Fleet course (leisure memberships are included) free golf on their championship course for £35 per person per week
