Hawthorn is one of three are 3 newly built holiday cottages situated on the Trehill Estate in Callington SE Cornwall. It is 2 miles from the fabulous leisure and golf facilities of the St Mellion International Golf and Country Club and within a short drive of both North and South Coast beaches as well as Cornwall major attractions. Fantastic value Golf Breaks at St Mellion can also be arranged! There is a double bedroom (king size bed) and a twin with en-suite bathrooms. French windows give out onto the extra large deck with its own gas barbecue. Enjoy a cup of coffee as the morning sunlight streams directly through the trees onto your own deck!

Facing out onto the lake it is furnished to an extremely high standard. The large lounge and dining area has plenty of space for every one to sit together, but alo a couple of nooks where you can play a game of cards or read a book in peace. The huge deck is very private as it faces out onto countryside beyond. With a large table and chairs as well as a gas BBQ it is perfect for outdoor dining. There are 7 beautiful lakeside cottages with broadband internet access, fishing, leisure club membership and much more! There are 4 acres of well kept grounds in an “area of outstanding natural beauty' in the Tamar Valley SE Cornwall. There is plenty to do at Trehill with three fishing ponds, a heated outdoor pool .

All cottages come with membership to the superb sports and leisure facilities of the renowned China Fleet club. Hawthorn cottage has: Large lounge with vaulted ceilings.
