Located on the beautiful Cote d'Azur, this two bedroom apartment is located just a one minute walk from the Promenade des Anglais on Ave de la Californie. The property comprises of an entrance hall, living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom and a separate w.c. There is a lovely tiled balcony which can be accessed directly from the living room.

The apartment is ideally located for immediate access to restaurants, bars, bakery and supermarket.

Within a one minute walk of the apartment you reach the Promenade des Anglais which is lined with cafes, museums and hotels, both modern and Belle Epoque. The Promenade is a long wide road which begins at the eastern end of Nice by the Jardin Albert I and runs the length of the seafront westward for about 6km towards the apartment and the airport. Watersports are accessible along the beach.

The city of Nice is the capital of the Riveria and the fifth largest city in France. The old town of Nice is full of winding cobblestone streets and has a great selection of restaurants and cafes. Nice offers all the cultrual attractions that a city can offer and boasts the greatest number of museums and galleries outside of Paris.

Nice is a great base for daytrips all along the Mediterranean coast and there is a great train service.

Additional information about rental rates

  • This property is available to rent from Saturday to Saturday. Other days will be considered as well as rentals for periods of less than one week - contact the owner for details. There is an extra weekly rate of €100 during the Christmas holidays. A deposit of €250 per week is required at the time of booking with the remainder payable eight weeks before the rental period.

    Should your arrival time be over an hour from the time agreed, the extra cost will be incurred by the client and be payable on arrival.

    Price includes central heating or air conditioning, electricity, sheets, towels and a light clean at the end of your stay. The towels provided are for use in the apartment only. Please bring your own beach towels.

    An additional deposit of €150 is required to cover breakages. This deposit also includes a charge of €50 should extra cleaning be required.

    Smoking is permitted on the balcony only.

There is no designated parking space with the apartment. However, there is a parking garage called Les Bosquets located at 8 Avenue de Carras, which is just a few minutes from the apartment. Parking rates are available and range from €57 for 5 days to €118 for 15 days. There is also some on street parking spaces on the streets around the apartment.

Beautiful apartment - well located

This apartment worked out perfectly for us - just a minute from shops, the beach and a beautiful kids park.
The apartment itself was lovely, with all the mod cons that you would expect, and in addition was fully stocked with kids/adult movies and books, so we never had a dull moment.
I would definitely recommend this apartment and would certainly think of staying there again if we ever visit Nice again.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Villa Kappas - The Best

We have just returned from villa kappas and none of us wanted to leave. Four of us stayed there and the appartment was spacious, clean and very well equipped -even the beds were comfy! The location was ideal - one street away from the promenade des anglais, 2 minutes and we were in the sea. Buses shops and banks all a couple of minutes away. Sabina was excellent in keeping in touch and providing information. Matt was great. We have stayed in Nice 5 times now and voted this the best yet. Thankyou.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
