Modern, fully air-conditioned 3-bedroom duplex, with small private garden and community swimming pool, just 150 metres from the beach and the famous Pine Walk. The lounge comprises 2 large, modern sofas, coffee table, and tv/bookshelf/bar furniture. There is satellite tv with free-to-view UK channels, Cd and radio player and dvd player with a choice of films to watch (or bring your own). The dining area has a dining table and 6 chairs. The lounge has French windows leading out to the terrace with outdoor dining furniture private lawn. The large kitchen is fully-fitted, and includes large fridge/freezer, oven, ceramic hob and extractor, microwave, kettle, coffee-maker, toaster etc..,a separate utility area with washing machine, sink and drying area, and a cloakroom (WC). Upstairs are 3 bedrooms: 1 double with ensuite bathroom (including full-length bath, WC and bidet); 1 twin room and 1 bunk beds room - all with built-in closet and balcony. There is a further shower room with WC.

Puerto Pollensa beach resort is located in a beautiful protected bay, surrounded by mountains and countryside, in the north of the Mediterranean island of Majorca, considered by many the most beautiful part of the island. It offers miles of sandy beaches and the famous Pine Walk where locals and tourist alike enjoy a relaxing stroll under the Pine trees alongside the beach. This family-oriented village offers every water-sport activity, many great restaurants to suit all tastes, and plenty of shops selling typical Majorcan products (fine lace, leather and shoes, pearls...). It is also conveniently situated for excursions to other places of interest in the neighbourhood, such as the impressive vantage point of Cap de Formentor, the beautiful inland village of Pollensa, the natural wetlands of S'Albufera, the historic remains of the Roman town of Alcudia etc... The mild winter season is also well-suited to biking and walking holidays, and Spring and Autumn offer many warm, sunny days.

This well maintained duplex is in an excellent location just a few minutes walk from the sea, beach and the Pine Walk with all its shops and restaurants. The complex has a lovely swimming pool area with two beautiful old olive trees and views of the mountains above complete with goats feeding on the slopes!! The only thing missing were cushions for the sunbeds, which the owners representative kindly organised for us, and it would have been nice to have some chairs on the balconies. We loved shopping at the Sunday morning market in old Pollensa followed by a great tapas lunch. There is also a good market in Puerto Pollensa town square on Wednesday morning - we found some great bargain leather handbags.

Great apartment in a good location, just a short walk to Pine Walk and the beach and a lovely 5/10 min stroll to the sqaure in Puerto Pollensa.
Property very clean and well maintained, lovely little pool area. Very quiet when we were there (early May).
Would recommend a trip to Soller and also up to old town Pollensa. Excellent food all around particular favourites were the BBQ Lounge on the square, Tiberis and also Centrica.
Would also recommend walking to the little bakers/Spar shop (100yds) in the morning for fresh baked warm bread - Fabulous!

We had a fantastic holiday. The apartment was lovely, as advertised, very close to the beach and the Pine Walk.Appreciated the satellite television and were pleased to find that they have now added some balcony furniture to the upstairs terraces. Apartment was well equipped with all necessary mod cons. Beds were good, newly replaced. Enjoyed pool and garden. Would definitely return.

easy stroll to the beaches on pinewalk.nice pool for a dip in the evening.t.v.set belongs in a museum needs a little upgrade.as do the shower heads.the beds in the double room are very uncomfortable,like sleeping on a board.the kitchen especially the fridge is good.we were dissappointed that the balconies had no furniture at all,two years ago we were in an adjacent flat and enjoyed the benefit of a nice read on the the balcony in the evenings
