It includes a large living-room, a bedroom with a double bed, a toilet, a bathroom with Jacuzzi. A dining room, a kitchen and a large panoramic terrace complete the main area located on the 7th floor. A private external staircase leads to a fantastic penthouse with a very large private terrace with barbeque and outdoor furniture, a bedroom with a single bed, a bedding area.

Notes to the rental rates

• The above rates are for 2 people. The cost for each additional person is 20Euro per night or 90 Euro per week.
  Extra charge for required final cleaning (50 euro).
  20% deposit payable at booking.
  Cash in full at the check-in.
  Security Deposit : 300 Euro (for weekly stays) or 500 Euro (for longer stays or during new year's eve) refundable at the end of the stay.
  Linen are not included in rental price. We kindly ask you to carry your own sheets, towels & pillow cases (pillows & blankets are instead included in the rental). Otherwise we can provide you linen for 15 euro per person (per change).

  Cancellation Policy
  The deposit is fully refundable only if we are able to re-rent the space for your dates.
  OTHERWISE :
  If a cancellation is made 2 months before your arrival: 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
  If a cancellation is made 15 days before your arrival : no refund
  If a cancellation is made after the 15th days before your arrival, the rent must be paid in full.
  In case the apartment is unavailable due to forces beyond our control, the amount paid will be FULLY reimbursed. Other expenses will not be reimbursed.
