Formerly a crab pot store and net loft, this attractive building has been converted into two sunny apartments in a unique and romantic position. South facing, all the rooms have superb panoramic views over the harbour, and yet are not overlooked due to the elevated position of the property above the quayside. With newly double-glazed windows and storage heating, the apartment provides the visitor with a cosy, quiet haven.

The apartment has an open-plan living and dining area with TV, DVD, electric log-effect fire and sofa and two armchairs. The newly fitted kitchen has an electric hob, oven, microwave, and fridge with an ice box. There is a shower room with a toilet and washbasin. Parking by permit on the quayside is included. No pets or smoking. Bedlinen is an optional extra. Changeover day Friday.
