There are 2 double bedrooms, one which can be made into 2 single beds plus a cot. The sitting room is spacious with 2 sofas and dining table and the balcony also has a large table and chairs for outside dining.

The kitchen is well quipped and there are 2 bathrooms, one ensuite shower room with wash hand basin and w.c and a house bathroom with bath, shower over bath, wash hand basin and w.c. The apartment has an entry phone system and a secure gated underground car parking space for one car.

Holiday in York

Apartment was even better than expected It was very clean and well maintained. There were good clear instruction for arrival and for entry to the flat. I would recommend this property to a friend and would definitely return. We were very near Yorkboat and had a lovely sail. The apartment is near the open top bus route and there were shops nearby. The Tesco was very nearby. It was a very good holiday.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway
