Delightful newly restored maison de village, featuring a duplex with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, huge lounge/kitchen and a terrace with a view of the rooftops. The house will sleep eight people in comfort. Extensive renovations to this property have resulted in one of the smartest houses in the town. It boasts modern, light and airy accommodation which has been designed to incorporate many of the property's original features. However, it also includes all the modern comforts required to make a comfortable stay, including hi-fi, large-screen tv, dvd player and comfortable sofas. The open-living lounge and kitchen is enormous - 40 square metres - and features exposed beams, brick fireplace, two small balconies and lots of comfy seating. Two of the sofas are easily converted to sleep further adults. The kitchen has been well designed and includes all the gadgets, crockery, pots, pans and cutlery that you could want.

The bathroom and shower room are airy and light, fully tiled and there is enough hot water to meet the requirements of even the biggest bathroom hoggers! On the fourth level of the house the icing on the cake is a 20 square metre terrace, which enjoys breath-taking views of the roof tops and the town's church. A great place to have evening meals or to sunbathe in total privacy. The surrounding countryside is magnificent, with an abundance of rolling vineyards and several national parks. On top of that, beautiful golden sand beaches are just a five minutes drive away, together with all the seaside attractions of Marseillan-Plage and Agde and the recent addition of a family beach in Marseillan town, just five minutes walk from the house. Further afield Montpellier, Pezenas, Bezier, Sete, Aigues Mortes and La Grande Motte and their many attractions are all within an hour's drive.
