Downstairs: 2 x Double sofa beds - ideal for kids, the elderly or the disabled. Upstairs: 5 x single beds in this arrangement; 1 X single on its own. 2 X singles together. 2 X singles together. Remember: This is all open plan downstairs and open plan upstairs with 3 mezzanine floors on 3 levels
