A Luxury apartment completed in Aug 2006, situated in the all year round, stylish glacier ski resort of Kaprun.

In addition to the 34 sq m of indoor living space, there is approximately the same additional space outside, with its own private terrace and garden. This includes a Gas BBQ and outdoor dining furniture & has the benefit of some of the most spectacular views of the surrounding mountains, including the top of the Kitzsteinhorn.

The apartment also comes with 2 new His & Hers mountain bikes, ready to explore the fantastic breathtaking scenery.

Part of the Europa-Sport region, with 100% snow guarenteed : 56 cable cars and ski lifts, 130km of well prepared ski slopes, up to an altitude of 3.029 meteres. An eldorado for all ski enthusiasts which is suitable for begineers to advanced skiers-downhill, snowboard, carving or free style.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Christmas, New Year and Easter Periods are charged at a Premium Rate.

    The Prices quoted are for 7 nights, for up to 4 people.

    Shorter and longer stays are possible, but under 4 nights will require a supplement payment for Laundry & Cleaning costs.

    A £100 refundable deposit will be held for damages & breakages.

    A local Tourist Tax of Euro 1.10 per adult is payable local.

    The remaining balance is required 8 weeks before arrival.

    Arrival and depature times are dependant on other bookings, but would normally be @ 1000hrs for departure & 1500hrs for arrival.

    Keys are collected and returned by arrangement locally

    Payment may be made in £'s or Euro's both by electronic bank transfer

    Late arrivals may pay on arrival subject to availability

The apartment is less than 3 minutes walk in to the heart of the village. With its many stylish bars and restaurants, designer clothes and sportswear shops.

The local ski bus is free with your lift pass, and runs from around 8 am - 4.30 every 30 mins in peak season. The nearest stop is just a few minutes walk.

There are many other shops which include an extensive supermarket, chemist, dentist, banks, post office and tourist information. The resort also has its own hospital.

The local leisure centre offers indoor & outdoor swimming, sauna, solarium, and massage, as well as a fully equipped gymnasim. Crazy Golf, Bowling, Ice Skating, Squash & Tennis are also all available.

So if you are looking for a relaxing break in a beautiful picturesque alpine resort, with 5* accomodation, but resonably priced bars and restaurants, Kaprun may be just the right place for you.....

This apartment is lovely. We stayed here with our fourteen month baby. There was plenty of room for the three of us. When we arrived it was clean and tidy. Catering equipment provided is more than adequate. It was always lovely and warm inside- we even slept with the patio door ajar most nights!
Both the owner and the resort rep were really helpful. They supplied us with local information that I had been struggling to find. The owner was aleays polite and friendly throughout our correspondence.
Local facilities were great.
We found that it was ideally located for easy access to the glacier and the ski areas in Kaprun and Zell am See. Although the ski area in Kaprun is not very big.
I would recommend this apartment to other families.
Recommended for:  Sightseeing, Families with Young Children
