Close to the New Marina Rubicon and the fantastic beaches of Papagayo National Park this individual detached family villa has the best of both worlds. Natural fine sandy beaches within a 15 min walk and the superb Marina with 5 star restaurants and activities for all the family. The villa is very secure and boasts a fine garden with space to find a quiet corner and read a book. Childrens games including playstation are available as is a collection of inflatables for the pool and DVD movies. There is a large patio with curved sofa overlooking the pool the perfect place for alfresco dining or playing pool (pool table is an optional extra). In addition the house has a another private outside area ideal for chilling out on the curved rattan sofa or in the hammock.

A childrens playground & cafe bar is less than 3 mins walk together with a new modern shopping centre with fashion shops and quality restaurants and bars. The sports bar owned by Miguel has everything from Sky sports to quality well priced snacks available everyday. Local beach ideal for fishing and rock pooling for the kids. A supermarket that sells virtually everything from an amazing variety of fresh and frozen fish/meat/veg/salad to local delicasies is only a few mins walk away. If you are not hiring a car taxis are available from the local roundabout at 3 euros to the main town or Marina. there is now a new bus route which takes you to Playa Blanca and beyound for 1.5 Euros twice an hour until about 10pm. The Rubicon Marina is only 20 mins wallk away, a great place to relax and watch the boats go by or if you are feeling adventurous scuba diving/paragliding or even a trip in a submarine can be arranged.

The Villa is in 1000m of land and is very private, yet close to restaurants and shops. Sleeping 6/7 this luxury 3 bed detached villa has everything you could possibly need. The villa has a large kidney shaped, heated swimming pool set at a temp of 28degs surrounded by a large 'rubber rock' (non slip) surface. It has a large lounge area has a high vaulted ceiling with leather sofas and TV/DVD /SAT/ Playstation and IPOD speakers. The master bedroom has a Queen sized bed and a fantastic circular double jacuzzi bath in it's en-suite, whilst the guest bedroom has a King sized bed and addition bedroom with twin single beds share a bathroom with bath and shower. All bedrooms boast ample wardrobe space, chest of drawers, high ceilings, fans and wooden blinds keep the rooms cool. The villa has a safe for your convenience. The modern kitchen has everything you should need including:microwave /cooker /fridge /freezer /dishwasher /washing machine/coffee machine/blender and ample cupboard spa

Dining and optional Pool table and Wi-Fi : The villa has an indoor modern family dining area as well as an outdoor family BBQ patio area with fantastic wooden dining suite and curved rattan sofa. Optional extras include Pool table and Wi-Fi wireless internet connection.

Parking: Off street parking is available in either the drive way or in owners own parking areas off the street.

Amazing vacation in the Roundhouse (March 2010)

Hello all together!
My family and I spent 1 week in March 2010 at this wonderful Roundhouse. The House got ahead of our expectations!!! Everything was very clean and lovely arranged. We took much pleasure in swimming and plashing in the pool and it looked so beautyful in the evening when it was lighted. The kitchen was fully equipped and we were so happy about the dishwasher! The bathrooms were really oasis of well-being and the 3 bedrooms include big wardrobes and side-boards. We all could sleep very well in the beds. The owner provides a good customer service. We found a lot of handouts concerning restaurants and attractions in the dining room and at the beginning of our vacation we got a nice personal welcome.
Lanzarote by itself is a lovely volcano island with a lot of places of interest (Timanfaya nationalpark, Jameos del Agua, El Golfo...). The beaches are marvelous regardless of which colour...black or white.
My family and I were the same opinion: WE WILL COME BACK TO LANZAROTE AND THE ROUNDHOUSE!!!

This was our 2nd time to the Island, but 1st time to the Villa, it was like a home away from home ideally located for good restaurants and the beach, would not hesitate to recommend this Villa to our friends.

Fabulous villa - even better on 2nd visit!

Visited this villa twice and would highly recommend it! The villa has had several improvements since my first visit with luxury lounger cushions and a fabulous outdoor daybed perfect for an afternoon snooze! Its a lovely quiet location, but only 5 mins walk from a couple of restaurants and bars and a lovely new supermarket, and only 15mins walk to the main marina, so you can be as quiet or busy as you want! The pool is gorgeous and the villa is of a very high standard with leather sofas, fabulous linen on beds and everything you could need in the kitchen! The photos on the website are accurate / up to date - no disappointments on arrival that can be so often the case. Booking was easy with the owners offering lots of information on car hire, where to go, best restaurants etc. A really fabulous place to stay and can't wait to go back again!
