Probably the best one bedroom apartment on this very popular complex that is furnished to a high standard and has exceptional views overlooking the swimming pool and the countryside. Located in the beautiful resort of Kato Paphos, this one bedroom apartment is within easy walking distance to the beach, harbour, bars and restaurants. The apartment is set amongst beautifully kept landscaped gardens. An ideal location to sit back and relax and enjoy this beautiful complex of Paradise.

Paphos is steeped in history and has alot to offer! This a world heritage site and has every thing to offer to the classic. The centre of kato paphos is full of bars and restaurants which is full of life every night of the week(bar street). Food is a plenty with cheap and cheerful to top quality a la carte restaurants. The main town of paphos is located on the hill over looking kato. there you find plenty of shops and supermarkets and the famous indoor market where you are likely to pick up a good bargain or two! The beach is just a short walk away although the best beach within the area is coral bay. The beach is approx 10 minutes away but well worth the trip where you will find every watersport you would expect on a beach as well as cafes and restaurants. If you have children or feel young at heart then the the waterpark is an excellent day out and well worth a a visit which is located very close to paradise gardens.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A 25% (non refundable) deposit is required upon your booking. Full payment must be complete 8 weeks prior to your departure, if payment is not received within this time we have the right to allocate the weeks elsewhere.

    A bond is to be made for any loss of keys or damage to the property (£100) which is refunded after the apartment has been checked and the keys have been returned.

    Change over days are flexible, but we would ask you to leave the apartment as you found it. Clean and tidy.

    Please make sure that all A/C units are switched off and all lights are turned off when you leave the apartment each day.

    Car hire is readily available but if you prefer a taxi will cost approx £15/20cyp depending on the time of arrival.

    The roads are very similar to what you would find in England as the same rules apply. Drive on the left.

    There is plenty of space in which to park a car should you wish to hire.

This brand new apartment will accommodate 2/3 people. It is fully air conditioned with satellite tv( one of only a few) It has a fully fitted kitchen, large lounge area with a double sofabed and a dining area with a table and chairs for you to dine at. The lounge leads directly onto a large terrace that looks directly over the pool which has tables and chairs for you to enjoy the peace and tranquility of paradise gardens. The bedroom has two single beds and a patio door that opens on to the balcony. This beautiful complex is nestled in a secluded area set among pine trees and has two swimming pools, showers and toilets with landscaped gardens surrounding. Outside you will find a small but well stocked mini-market that will supply you with your every day needs, the larger supermarkets are a 5 minute drive away. There is also a taverna and takeaway shop next door to the mini-market.

The bustling town centre of Kato Paphos with all it's bars and restaurants is only a 10 minute stroll away.
