Our penthouse is located on the luxury Dolphin Residence 2 complex, currently the most superior complex in the resort of Altinkum, hosting facilities that are second to none. Superbably located just 10-15 minutes walk from the old town, with all the traditional Turkish restaurants, superb in quality and great value in price. There is shop upon shop here, so many it will keep you busy for several days. The beach is serviced by a free complex minibus, which will take you there on demand in 5 miniutes (or you can take a walk in 40 minutes). The superb location means you won't be needing a car for this stay.
Altinkum/Didim is known for its soft fine sandy beaches. Very shallow waters for about 80 metres out, making it ideal for families. There is a Saturday market (10-15 minutes walk) with miles of stalls selling fresh produce, clothing, hand bags accesories etc... this is where the Turkish people shop,. so your chance to have a chat with the locals.
Lovely adult outdoor pool, surrounded by marble sunbathing terraces and sun loungers, and built around a waterfall. Childrens pool. Massage jacuzzi pool. Gymnasium. Restaurant, bar and mini supermarket (seasonal). Lovely green plantations in the gardens. Childrens play ground. Flights are to IZMIR or Bodrum (1.75 or 1.5 hours). Airport transfers can be arranged.
