THE BARN:
The Barn is detached, has 3 bedrooms and sleeps up to 6.
The 22ft lounge with beamed ceiling and old granite stone walls has lots of character and doors opening onto the garden. There are two large comfortable settees and a feature fireplace. with a woodburner style electric fire.This is a lovely large spacious room and will accommodate everyone in comfort . TV with freeview , DVD and CD player and a radio.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has an electric oven and four ring hob together with a microwave, sink and fridge making the most of all the modern conveniences within a traditional setting. Everything you need to prepare and cook a meal should you wish to do or just a light snack if that's your choice. The units are a modern shaker style with complimentary worktops and the floor is tiledA separate dining room with table and seating for 6 overlooks the secluded garden and surrounding fields and countryside .

The Barn is open plan . The ground floor being very spacious has a double bedroom with 2 wardrobes and also the contemporary shower room. There is a walk in shower, fully tiled and a basin and WC . Open plan stairs lead up to 2 bedrooms one double bedroom and a twin bedroom with wardrobes and chests of drawers The lounge, kitchen and dining room have ample living space and offer uninterrupted views of the beautiful surrounding countryside. It is peaceful and quiet here in the heart of the countryside yet you can reach any part of Cornwall from here with the greatest of ease and be on the beach in 10 minutes.
THE STABLES:
The Stables is a lovely character stone built cottage and has a lounge, one double bedroom and a separate shower room.The lounge has a comfortable settee which can also be used as a sofa bed and doors opening onto the garden and surrounding countryside. There is a TV with freeview DVD/CD.The fireplace houses a woodburner style electric fire which gives a cosy feel to the room.
The oak dining table and chairs seats four and the kitchen has a stainless steel oven and hob, sink, fridge and microwave. The contemporary kitchen units and worksurfaces compliment the cottage and give it a stylish look.All Views are onto the large lawned gardens and flower beds which adjoin the surrounding fields.
The bedroom has a double bed,wardrobe plus a chest of drawers The shower room is beautifully tiled and has ample space to change. All modern conveniences within a traditional setting. You are in the heart of the countryside in the peace and quiet yet can reach anywhere in Cornwall with ease.
