City of Truro is 12 miles and the Eden project a twenty minute drive. Padstow and Watergate Bay( site of Jamie Oliver's Restaurant) are both fifteen minutes away.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has a separate dining room overlooking the secluded garden and surrounding countryside. The Bathroom and 1 double bedroom are downstairs. Open plan stairs lead up to 2 bedrooms one double bedroom and a twin bedroom.
