The villa with its two covered porches and its wood oven, takes you back in time; and it is the right place to be if you want to enjoy nature and the pleasures of life, in a charming environment. No other persons live in the farmhouse or use the swimming pool during the stay of the clients. In around 10 minutes driving you will be on the speedway E45 Terni-Perugia. Restaurant 300 meters far away, there is supermarket in Pantalla (3 km) more shops are available in Collazzone (4 km). Nearest golf clubs: Golf Club Lamborghini (9 holes situated near Panicale), Golf Club Antognolla (18 holes situated near Perugia), Circolo del Golf di Perugia (18 holes situated near Perugia).
At 200 meters of the villa the guests have at disposition a wonderful gym area consisting of sauna, steam room, gym and Jacuzzi. This area is shared by the 3 villas (Maraiolo, Raseto & Nacino) - each villa has daily use at set times. You rent always the entire villa. No other persons live in the property or use the swimming pool during your stay. To reach Umbria, if you don’t come with your own car, we advice to take a flight to Rome (airport Fiumicino L onardo da Vinci or Ciampino for low cost flight such as Ryanair, Easyjet, ….), Florence, Pisa or Perugia.
