  • - Thank-you for your interest in Melissa Villas. Prices quoted are for the house and not per person & are inclusive of electricity, water and air-conditioning, if you wish at your request we will provide a welcome pack of your choice. There is a small charge for this of currently 4 euros

    - All bed linen & bathroom towels are provided (please bring your own beach towels), the villa will be cleaned prior to your arrival with laundry available to be changed once a week.

    - Once you are here, the island is easiest to navigate by car or jeep which we can arrange to have waiting at the airport on your arrival, if you do not require a car we can arrange a transfer from the airport to your accommodation from euros 45.

    - A deposit of 20% or £100.00 which ever is the greater is required on confirmation of booking & the balance to be paid 6 weeks before departure.

The house has 2 large bedrooms and is ideally suited for up to 4 people but can accommodate 5. The house is situated within its own gardens with a large patio area, its own sun beds, table, chairs & parasol overlooking the swimming pool, not to forget the BBQ area for that alfresco evening. The bedrooms are of a large size with double beds and fitted wardrobes, the bathroom is bright with vanity unit with storage space underneath, WC, bidet and shower,fully pressurised water system. Downstairs there is a second WC with sink a fully fitted kitchen with electric hobs & oven, fridge freezer, washing machine, electric kettle & toaster. There is also sky TV & selection of DVDs & Cd’s. Peyia village, 15 km northwest of Paphos, is one of the most attractive & friendly villages in south-west Cyprus. It enjoys the advantage of both a quite and rural location,with glorious views of the sparkling Mediterranean and surrounding countryside.

The beautiful sandy beaches, crystal blue sea and the sunsets make this region simply magical. Facilities in Peyia are mainly situated on the main road leading into Peyia village. You will find 4 banks, 3 Chemists, 3 Bakeries, which serves delicious bread first thing in the morning, 2 Butchers for your local meat and if you go down at around 6pm you can buy his Lamb Kleftico which he has had cooking in a clay oven for some hours, also a local supermarket at the end of the road and one behind the church in the village are selling everything from fresh vegetables and fruit to you favourite tipple. there is also a fishmonger and several takeaways who will deliver for free. There are also several local family run Tavernas and restaurants serving fresh local food at very reasonable prices, these also do take away. Coral Bay is a few mins drive away with its blue flag sandy beaches & restaurants.

Fantastic house, clean and well maintained with good proportioned rooms. Fully equipped with all utensils, bed linen, towels, cutlery, pots and pans. Modern comfortable furniture. Air conditioning in living room and bedrooms worked perfectly. Location quiet, except for the days when football matches are being played at the stadium, but this only lasts for 90 mins or so. However did not hear the crowd arriving/leaving the stadium. Maybe next time we will join them there. The complex is quiet and the residents that were there at the time of our stay were friendly and helpful. The off-road parking was ideal for a Honda Jazz size vehicle. A selection of pool toys for the kids was provided, along with the requisite lilo for the pool. An eclectic selection of DVD'S/CD's were provided by Fiona and Rob along with an XBOX console. Unfortunately the XBOX is an old type that does not play the 360 games. The location of the house is within easy reach of Coral Bay & Kato Paphos area by car, car recommended. Would recommend to all my friends. Fiona was very pleasant and helpful throughout the experience. Can't wait for next year.

The perfect place to go and relax and enjoy the great weather. The villa is immaculately maintained and fully equipped with all the things you need for a hassle free holiday. It is close to some local shops for the necessities and only a short car journey from Coral Bay where you can find many shops, restaurants and the sandy beach.Would certainly recommend to my friends.
