You will be able to relax around our screened, pool and patio area, and should the Florida sunshine become too much, you can sit in the shade in our large covered lanai (patio area), or come back inside where all the rooms are air conditioned and keep at a cool and constant temperature. The private screened pool with spa, overlooks a conservation area and is not overlooked by the neighbours on any side, something which is very rare in Florida these days.
The villa is equipped with everything you could possibly need with all bed linen, bath, hand towels, pool towels and face flannels provided. Plus as there is a large internal laundry room with washer and dryer you won't need to pack a lot of clothes.
Berry Town Center is 1 mile down the 27, with lots of takeaways, restaurants and a publix supermarket. Tuscan Hills is a secure gated community with extensive oak landscaping, located in Davenport on highway 27, close to highway 192, and only minutes from interstate 4.
The I4 gives you access to all the main travelling routes in central Florida, with Orlando International Airport and Sanford International Airport just 30 minutes and 55 minutes easy drive to our villa. The I4 west will take you to the white sandy beaches of Clearwater and St Petes within an hour and a half.
Even closer you have access to the 192 with it's route to Disney, Celebration and Kissimmee.
On site facilities include a mediterranean style club house with gym, tennis court, children's tot lot and beach volley ball court. It is just a 10 minute drive to Walt Disney World with its 4 theme parks and a further 10 minutes to Universal Studios and its 2 theme parks and Sea World.
Golf:
There are some spectacular courses, many designed by famous names like Greg Norman, Tom Watson, Arnold Palmer and Jack Nicklaus - with numerous packages for golfers of all abilities. Walt Disney World has 4 high quality courses, Champions Gate has 2 Greg Norman designed courses. Legends Golf and Country Club on the 27 towards Clermont is in a really peaceful location. Orange Lake Country Club offers two 18 hole courses, a 9 hole course and a par 3 floodlit 9 - just 5 mins drive from the villa.
