Ground floor: Spacious entrance hall with hanging cupboard and washing machine. A set of stairs leads up to the stable flat.
First floor: The property consists of a compact sitting/dining room with TV and video/DVD Player. There is a wood burning stove (logs are provided). A separate kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge with small freezer section.
The small double bedroom has an en suite bathroom. Additionally there is a twin bedroom and separate bathroom and also the third bedroom, being either a single bedroom for one adult or a twin bedroom for two children.
Outside: Adjacent to the front entrance is a games room with table tennis and dartboard. For those taking bicycles, there is ample storage for them in the games room. Residents of the Stable Flat have a dedicated sitting out area close to the kitchen garden area.
Owing to the large number of lakes and ponds within the grounds, Gayton Hall is not considered suitable for children of 5 years and under, and no children under the age of 14 are to use the Hall’s gardens without an accompanying adult.
Gayton Hall also offers a tennis court and heated outdoor swimming pool and both these facilities are shared with the owner. Clients will have total access to the 20 acres of gardens during their occupancy. Gayton Hall is a member of the National Gardens Scheme and therefore paying members of the public do from time to time come to visit Gayton Hall and its gardens.
