Far-reaching views over Swaledale can be enjoyed from both the living room and the external balcony. The property has been decorated with soft furnishings and furniture to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible.
First floor: The entrance porch provides access to the balcony with extensive views across Swaledale.
Open-plan living/dining-room offering comfortable seating around an open stone fireplace. The kitchen offers all mod cons with electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge with small freezer compartment.
The dining area provides seating for 4 people. An automatic washing machine and tumble drier are located in the integral garage below. For those warmer days and evenings a portable charcoal barbeque and garden furniture are provided for dining and relaxing in the garden. The Bathroom/W.C.
includes a bath with overhead electric shower, wash basin and toilet.

Sleeping accommodation comprises a double bedroom with double integrated wardrobe, plentiful hanging space and extensive drawer storage. A second, bunk-bedded room provides ideal sleeping accomodation for children and includes a small wardrobe with 2 drawers.
*Night storage heaters are provided along with additional electric heating for those cooler evenings together with logs for the open fire.
*A coin slot electricity meter is installed which will be fully primed prior to your arrival. Under normal conditions, over the course of a 1 week stay, this should not require topping-up however the meter can be topped up, if required, using £1 coin(s). This is housed in the garage below above the washing machine.
*A high-chair is provided for our smaller guests and a travel cot is available on request.
