It is within walking distance of the beach, restaurants and shops and is an excellent choice for families with teenagers.

The house has been completely refurbished to a high standard and it's newly decorated. The accomodation is divided into two areas. NB Flat is only available for groups of more than six people but it won't be let to diferent clients from the main house. Main house: Living/dining room/open kitchen, 1 double bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms, 2 shower rooms. Flat: Living/dining room, Kitchenette( not for cooking, light meals only), 1 double bedroom en-suite, 2 twin bedrooms, 1 bathroom. Enclosed garden with swimming pool, barbeque, poolside shower and wc.

We are a group of middle age women who rented this house for a get toghether relaxing holiday. The house is everything and more than we expected, lovely decoration, plenty of room and has everything you need. The pool is private and the water very inviting, the weather was great and we were in it all the time. The walk to the beach is a good exercise on way back up the hill but we need it after all the good food we are eating here. The manager and cleaner were very helpful and the owner has delt with us in a very professional way. We will be back, the perfect villa for a gathering and near everything.

Holiday 2009

We were a group of 13 18 year olds celebrating our A levels. We had the most amazing holiday and were made very welcome in the villa. I know it must be hard trusting 18 year olds but I am so glad we were. The pool was a lovely place just to spend the day and it was close enough to the strip to go out at night, but be able to sleep when we got in. The facilities in the villa were beyond our expectations and there was everything we needed right there for us. Despite the hot weather the villa was lovely and cool with the air conditioning.
We had an wonderful holiday and I can't thank Ana enough for trusting us with her beautiful villa.
I highly recommend this for a group break and you will enjoy your holiday I am sure. You don't need a car, the supermarket is a minutes walk away and the transfer from the airport arranged for us worked like clockwork.
I hope this has been useful and all I can say is give it a go you will not regret it.

We rented the villa for a hen do and everything from enquiring about a booking until we were back home was an excellent service.

The villa is spacious and caters for all needs and is very close to the strip and shops.

The house keeper is lovely offering excellent guidance and the cleaner and pool man were very efficient.

I can’t wait to go back!!

Anna, the holiday at your villa Malindi was the most enjoyable vacation myself and my freind's have had in a long time.
Everthing about the villa was superb, it was spotlessley clean, everthing you could possibly require was at hand, the bedrooms were brilliant,roomy and comfy and the upstairs lounge and kitchen were out of this world.
the pool area was superb, nice big pool and very coomfy sun loungers plus a toilet, brick built bbq and dining area. word cannot express how lovely everything was and we would certainly reccomend your villa to everone

Fantastic Villa

The villa was perfect for us as we didn't have a car and everything was within walking distance. The main strip was far enough away for us to have peace and quiet but close enough to walk home after a night out. We were a group of 10 girls and the villa was big enough for us to have our own space.
Excellent modern villa, lovely swimming pool with everything we needed to have a great holiday.
Pauline was very helpful and the maid spoiled us!
