£245 - £795 per week. Villa also has air conditioning in lounge and ceiling fans all rooms. Additional free use of a nearby (huge!) communal pool plus separate toddler pool. Tennis courts, supermarket and good restaurant all within 2 - 3 minute walk. 3 bedrooms each with very effective ceiling fan. Bedrooms can be configured as either one double plus two twins OR two doubles and one twin. The doubles are king size and the master bedroom has full en-suite with bath and shower. Main bathroom with bath and shower also. Well equipped Kitchen with large fridge/ freezer and washing machine. Spacious and extremely comfortable lounge and dining room with ceiling fan plus SKY satellite TV and DVD player. Additional heating also available for winter seasons. The large pool area has 6 sun beds and 6 chairs plus outside dining furniture. Nearest Airport: Alicante - 60 mins. Nearest Bar/Pub: 4 mins stroll. Nearest Restaurant: 4 mins stroll.
