The apartment is situated on an attractive and quiet beachside complex with a large communal swimming pool and separate children’s pool. The pools are surrounded by a well kept garden and lawned area. The apartment consists of a large open plan lounge / dining area. The lounge is very spacious with two sofas looking out on to the terrace and out to sea. The lounge is equipped with satellite television and a DVD player. A quadruple set of patio doors take you from the lounge out on to the private and spacious sea facing terrace. The dining area is again light and spacious with a large table for 6. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, coffee maker, oven and hob, fridge freezer etc. The sleeping accommodation consists of a large master bedroom which enjoys the luxury of an en suite bathroom. There is also a patio door which leads you out on to the front terrace.

The second bedroom is also very spacious with a patio door leading out on to a rear terrace with lovely views of the old village of Mojacar. The middle bedroom is also a twin room There is also a family bathroom and WC.
