Bedar holiday villa

Casa Escoria was built in 2000 to high specification and comprises a main villa and attached, linked annex, offering flexible accommodation. The whole property can be rented by larger groups. The villa is situated on an elevated site in undulating countryside, on the outskirts of the village of Bedar in the Seirra Filabres mountains. It has extensive views, privacy and enjoys a quiet setting. There is easy access via a tarmac road to the Villa, with a car port and ample parking. It is ideal for holidays all year, as Andalucia has warm climate and the villa receives full sun on the many terraces. The accommodation extensively fitted and equipped as a modern home. The villa therefore provides an ideal base for touring this interesting and historic area, or as a quiet and luxurious retreat from everyday life.

The Villa has an enclosed terrace with a stone floor, conservatory seating, fan, sliding double glazed doors all around, a dining table seat, and doors onto the patios and to the private swimming pool. The lounge has a lovely oak strip wooden floor, with high beamed ceilings and double doors into the terrace room. The kitchen area is fully equipped with all modern appliances and there is a mobile BBQ for outdoor dining. The separate utility room provides a washing machine and other facilities. The main villa is available all year round. The annexe is rented in the summer season only when let with the main villa, and may be available during the low season for reasonable rates. Competitive discounts are availalbe for long lets at all the times of the year and for low season lettings.
