Apartment is well secured with alarm system, grills and safe. Enjoy the comfort of ensuite facilities in the main bedroom which includes large mirror, a built-in wardrobe and plenty of drawer space. Twin bedroom also has built-in wardrobe and drawers. Both rooms are finished in high quality wood. Fully equipped kitchen includes hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster etc, washing machine with clothes line in private outside utility area. The comfortable lounge offers luxury sofa- bed. TV with English Sky channels, DVD Player and CD Stereo system. The dining area has an extendable table which could accomodate 6 people at a pinch. The terrace has a table and chairs for a relaxing breakfast outdoors. The garden has plenty of room for the 2 sun loungers, 2 beach chairs and drinks table. There is also a parasol, cool bag complete with ice-packs for your day at the beach. Please bring your own beach towels.

The large communal pool with kiddie pool is very convenient being at the rear of the apartment. There is also an attractive garden area. The nearest town Torrvieja is 10 mins drive away and has one of the largest street markets in Spain every Friday although there are street markets everyday somewhere close by. There are also plenty of watersports available and you can have a great day out at the Aqua park. For beach lovers there are lots of unspoilt sandy coves with blue flag beaches. For golfers there is a large selection of courses including the championship Villa Martin nearby or at a short distance 10 -15 mins drive Las Ramblas and Campoamor golf courses. There are also 2 new courses at La Finca and QUESADA.
