With three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, a games room, a luxurious pool & spa area overlooking the lake and golf, this home has everything! The villa is a fully air conditioned and furnished property. The beautiful pool and spa area is fully covered and furnished with outdoor furniture perfect for al fresco dining and relaxing in the sun. The open plan fully equipped kitchen and dining area are ideal for a family or group holiday. The villa has all of the modern appliances you could wish for including a cooker, hob, family size fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. We really enjoyed our time in Florida thanks to this house. It was very clean, well stocked, with great appliances. The pool was clean and included a fence that kept our child away from the pool which was a huge relief. We would definitely rent this house again.

EXCELLENT FAMILY GET-AWAY

Very nice home, kids loved the pool! Beach toys, chairs provided, (beaches 30 minutes away) ad failed to mention enormous walk in closet that was GREAT for keeping laundry & luggage organized for the 6 of us. Property management was quick to respond when we arrived to the wi-fi and refridgerator ice-maker not working (although neither were fixed during our stay so not having ice was a tiny inconvenience. Overall, the home is better than expected, tastefully decorated, (not cluttered) & close to I-75 so access to the beaches, shopping etc. is very easy. Being a running family, we particularly enjoyed the 1.5 mile trail/loop around the development's pond and especially the safety & security of being in a gated community making it safe for us to take morning/evening runs. We have rented numerous homes & condos over the years and this house is by far the quietest & most peaceful yet. You will not be disappointed.
Some fun things to do: visit Caspersen Beach (below Venice Beach) & hunt for shark teeth (the owners provide sifting tools you can take to make your hunt easier!) Siesta Key is absolutely beautiful and Bradenton Beach is close & also very nice.

The villa and location were both fabulous. The villa had absolutely everything you could wish for, and the location was peaceful, safe and very picturesque. We had a lovely time and I would definately return.

This home provided the ideal base for our Florida vacation. A beautiful home with all the luxurious facilities one could hope for - immaculately furnished and extremely well kept. A very relaxing and enjoyable vacation.
