This is a luxurious modern townhouse style semi-detached villa, presented in excellent order, conveniently located within a short walking distance of the new Marina at Puerto Rubicon and Playa Blanca town itself. The villa has two good size bedrooms. The double bedroom has access to a small balcony which enjoys views out towards the sea. There is plenty of wardrobe space in the built in wardrobes. There is a built in safe for your use. A wall mounted tv is connected to the villa's satellite system. The second bedroom has twin beds and built in wardrobes. The family bathroom is light and airy. There is a full size bath, power shower, bidet and w.c. The bathroom is fully tiled both floor and ceiling with high quality marble tiles. There is also a downstairs family shower room and toilet. The Living Room has large patio doors which lead out to the terrace. The living room is furnished to a very high standard.

Satellite system, including movie package and some UK channels, wide flat-screen t.v with surround sound speakers, dvd/mp3 player with selection of dvd's to use during your stay. A CD player and CD's for your use. There is dining facilities also for 4 people. The Kitchen is extremely well fitted with fitted oven/hob, fridge/freezer and microwave. There is a Solana area which houses the washing machine and also offers a drying area for washing. The outside area has a walled private garden and a large sun terrace which is complete with sunbeds for 4 and a shaded dining area for 4 for dining 'al fresco'. The private swimming pool is also electrically heated and there is also an outside shower.
