Also on the ground floor is the open plan lounge / diner. The lounge area is spacious and bright and comes furnished with English TV, DVD player, IPOD docking station, real log fire and is also air-conditioned. Patio doors lead from the lounge to the rear garden and pool area. Also on the ground floor there are three bedrooms. All three bedrooms are large twin rooms. The largest twin room comes complete with an en suite shower room. All three bedrooms are furnished with ceiling fans. There is also a further family bathroom and a separate guest cloakroom. The top floor of Powderhorn is where you will find the air-conditioned king-size master bedroom and access out on to the roof terrace. The master bedroom has its own dressing area and en-suite with separate bath and walk-in shower. The bedroom has double patio doors leading out on to a large private terrace with table and chairs overlooking the garden and out on to the golf course and mountains.

The patio doors from the lounge open out on to the large terrace area, gardens and pool. There are two covered terraces. The dining terrace, with seating for 8, can also be accessed directly from the kitchen. It is the ideal spot for al fresco dining with a built-in barbeque and atmospheric lighting for those long summer evenings. There is also further comfy seating area with a sofa and a chaise longue overlooking the pool and fairway. The pool is a massive 10 meter by 5 meter rectangle pool with a Roman Step entrance. There is plenty of terracing and loungers around the pool to soak up the rays. There is a beautiful side garden known as “The Hammock Corner” which has a couple of hammocks swinging in the shade which is provided by stylish sail canopies. There is off street parking via a gated front driveway with space for up to two cars.
