This well designed, fully furnished, provencal villa, with stunning views, is situated on an ideally positioned private road in Agay only a short 5-7 minute walk [600m] from the beach. The villa nestles into the lower slopes of the picturesque Rastel at the base of the Esterel hills. It has south-facing terraces with spectacular panoramic views from the infinity pool of the bay of Agay - a wonderful position ensuring that a gentle sea breeze cools the terraces in the heat of the summer. All rooms open onto the terrace with sea views.

Villa Agay is situated between Cannes and St Tropez and is often called the 'Hidden Riviera'. Agay, with its wide sandy bay, provides deep anchorage for passing yachts but avoids the downsides associated with some other local resorts. The shoreline boasts only discrete shops, cafes and restaurants preserving the best of the beautiful sandy beach. Activities abound with tennis and water-based sports (sailing, skiing, wakeboarding, diving etc.) in Agay, riding and golf nearby in Valescure and walking/biking or riding also locally in the scenic Esterel. Agay is perfectly positioned on the local and train bus routes from Nice and just 15 minutes from the thriving towns of St Raphael & Frejus [TGV & Motorail] with all their practical amenities, restaurants, harbour, ports, and casino. The town of St Raphael, with it's proximity to Frejus provides the contrast of Roman and Art Nouveau architecture.

    Linen & bath towels are optional and can be provided at a rate of €25euros/person (payable locally on arrival - please state on booking if you require linen & towels.)

    Open telephone line & internet connection (charged 'at cost'), with France Telecom 'webfact' invoice deductible from security bond.

    All bookings include an end of stay clean, however please ensure that you leave the property as you would expect to find it. Additional cleaning may result in a deduction from your security bond.

Villa Rastel is a beautiful, south-facing, 3 bedroom, villa, which is ideally suited for families visiting the Cote d'Azur. It is conveniently situated above the village of Agay, with it's own drive & off-road parking, protected by electric gates at the entrance to the domaine. The villa is fully equipped for 8 guests, with a large open plan living and dining area, and French doors leading onto the terrace. All the bedrooms face the wonderful infinity swimming pool, which has stunning views over the Mediterranean. Outside is a large dining terrace with table and chairs, and a BBQ.
