Villa Tria, Pende & Octo are well appointed properties and finished to very high standard. Built in the traditional Cretan method from locally quarried stone and marble, with wooden ceilings with large exposed beams, these villas are full of charm and character, individually decorated to give a unique, modern and comfortable ambiance whilst sympathetically complementing their surrounding countryside location. They are on a private complex with stunning views, 2 pools, private parking for each property and a taverna on site. There are 9 detached properties on the site and have been carefully placed to maintain privacy for each property. Surrounded with mature landscaped gardens and vineyards looking across the most stunning views of the sea and villages below, but all within a few minutes drive from the local village with a good taverna and a well stocked mini market or the beach resort of Almyrida.

    Children are most welcome in all our properties and we provide a free High Chair and Cot loan service but, we do ask that Children are supervised at all times whilst around and in the Swimming Pool.

    We do ask that Reservations are made at least 2 weeks in advance to avoid disappointment.
    All prices shown are for the VILLA and NOT per person. As with all our Villas on the Island, we can arrange Car Hire through reputable companies. Please e-mail us for availability of this delightful property.
