• PRICES IN THE ABOVE TABLE ARE FOR TWO PERSON OCCUPANCY
  For 3 or 4 persons please add, per week, £70 (Low Season) £80 (Mid Season) £105 (High Season)
  For 5 or 6 persons please add, per week, £140 (Low Season) £160 (Mid Season) £210 (High Season).
  
  A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total rental charge is payable on booking. The balance is due not less than 8 weeks prior to your departure.
  
  Please note - we require a Damage Bond of £50 per week, payable with the balance of the rental payment. This will be refunded within 7 days of your return, less any costs we incur for breakages or additional call-outs (e.g. locked out of safe, locked out of villa).
  
  Cancellation charges are as follows:
  More than 8 weeks - deposit
  57 to 29 days - 50% of total cost
  28 days or less - 100% of total cost
  
  It is always advisable to take out insurance against cancellation, accident or loss. The owners take no responsibility for accidents or personal injury
• Welcome Pack - We supply a comprehensive welcome pack comprising local bread, butter, cheese, crackers,eggs, milk, orange juice, beer and white wine. In season, local fruit included. Please enjoy this with our compliments. An electric Water Dispenser provides you with cold Spring Water and has a hot tap option to take care of all your drinks needs.
  
  Our English property managers, who live nearby, are always available to offer assistance if required.
  
  Our spacious villa is fully cleaned and prepared for your arrival with fresh bed linen, towels, bath sheets and kitchen towels before every let. (We do not provide beach/pool towels - please bring your own).
  
  During main letting weeks, our preferred changeover day is Saturday but please do enquire about other days. During multi-week lettings, clean towels and clean bed linen are provided at the end of each week. Your property management team will arrange a time to call at the villa.
• Access to the villa is any time after 4.30pm. On departure, you should vacate the villa by 9:30am.
  
  PLEASE NOTE: These times must be strictly adhered to, in order to allow our property management enough time to prepare the villa for the next guest, to the standard you would expect. Please bear this in mind when planning your flights.
  
  If your return flight is late in the day, arrangements can be made for your luggage to be stored at the offices of our recommended car hire company. Simply retain your car and spend your remaining time exploring more of the island before you and your luggage are transferred to the airport for your return flight.
