A very spacious and well-presented 2 bedroom townhouse spread over 2 floors, ideally situated on Mojacar Playa for the perfect holiday. Set back only 300 metres from the beach, this property is only a quick walk from a wide selection of café’s, bars, restaurants and shops. This beautiful house is split over 2 floors with the ground floor offering a spacious and bright south-facing lounge / dining area. It has been tastefully furnished and is equipped with air-conditioning, English TV, DVD player and a music system. There is seating for 4 in both the lounge and the dining area. There are French doors that lead from the lounge on to a private south-facing terrace that looks out on to the beautiful communal gardens and pool.

Nearest Airport: Almeria at 85 Kilometres
There is a water park 15 minutes drive away. A choice of 5 golf courses within 25 minutes drive. There is a zoo 25 minutes away. Also there a 2 western cowboys sets from the spaghetti westerns to visit. The region of Almeria is one of the most charming and unspoilt areas in south-eastern Spain. Enjoying the sunniest and warmest climate in the whole of Europe, it is known as ‘El Rincon del Embrujo’ or ‘the corner of enchantment’. This is the real Spain! Mojacar village is an idyllic mix of sugar-cubed whitewashed buildings, cobbled winding streets and beautiful Moorish architecture. The main square looks across to the snow-capped peaks of the Sierra Nevada mountains and is filled with street cafes, bars, boutiques and shops. Take a stroll through the maze of cobbled streets hidden behind the main square and you will find some wonderful restaurants and bars. The area has many archaeological sites revealing Phoenician, Roman and Carthaginian histories.

There is also a separate fully equipped kitchen as well as a WC on the ground floor. The top floor consists of 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The master double bedroom is air-conditioned, south-facing and has its own terrace with seating offering fantastic sea and mountain views – it’s the ideal spot for a quick read of the paper in the morning whilst drinking your freshly squeezed orange juice! The second bedroom is a twin which also boasts a private terrace with beautiful sea and mountain views. There is a lovely communal swimming pool with a purpose-built shallow end for young children. There is also a lawned area for you to lie out on and soak up the sun. The house also has the added benefit of its own private driveway. This townhouse is ideal for those who want the convenience of amenities and the beach close at hand but also want to enjoy peace and relaxation.
