The magnificent city of Granada with its spectacular Alhambra palace is only 40 minutes away, with high quality skiing in the nearby Sierra Nevada mountains from December to April. Seville, another great destination, can be reached in 3 hours. The new, roomy and fully-equipped 2-bedroom apartment (one double, one twin) has an area of about 60 m2. There is one full bathroom plus an extra WC. The interior is spacious and the ceilings high, contributing to a light and open atmosphere. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room so the apartment can hold up to 6.

There is a large, partially shaded rooftop terrace with spectacular views. This is an ideal place to enjoy a relaxing meal or sunbathe. The terrace is equipped with a barbeque grill, dining table, chairs and sun beds. Air conditioning and central heating ensures that the apartment is comfortable year round.
