Boscawn is a detached bungalow with extensive gardens in a superb cliff top position. The views to the sea and surrounding coastline are truly stunning. The attractive beach at Plaidy is just a two minute stroll away and the main Looe beach and town are about fifteen minute walk. A great feature of Boscawn is the attractive garden laid mainly to lawn and which, together with the patio area provides a super opportunity to enjoy the lovely views. There is also a brilliant decking area to soak up the sun whilst gazing out to sea.

The accommodation is modern in style and equipped and furnished to a high standard with double glazing fitted and full gas fired central heating installed. In addition to the family bathroom the main double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The living/dining area is open plan and this in turn leads to the kitchen and utility room.
