The villa is set in a complex of similar villas and has been designed with space and privacy in mind. There is plenty of outside space for soaking up the sun, relaxing by the pool and enjoying your meals on a lovely paved terrace area. The gardens are gravelled with attractive planting and there is also a gated driveway with parking for two cars. The interior of the villa is modern, spacious and air conditioned throughout. There are 3 large bedrooms - one double bedroom and two twin rooms. The living room is divided into a dining area with seating for six and a lounge area with a 3 seater sofa and 2 armchairs. The lounge has satellite TV including most of the UK terrestrial channels. The villa has a large luxurious bathroom plus an additional separate shower room, so there’s plenty of space for everyone to get ready for an evening out. The outside area has plenty of space to lounge around the pool plus a lovely covered terrace to take cover from the hot Mediterranean sun. The pool is cleaned twice a week and is always crystal clear and inviting. The nearest village is Villaricos which is a beautiful Spanish harbour town. It has yet to be hit by mass tourism and is home to a wide range of Spanish restaurants and bars. This is the real Spain! Close by is the historic Moorish town of Mojacar which is only a 10-15 minute drive away. Just before you reach Mojacar is the fishing town of Garrucha, where there are many great seafood restaurants.
