The facilities are extensive on about 350m² of living space. The quality of furnishing and décor is exceptional here – there is a great kitchen and fantastic living space which is ideal for families or a large group of friends. There are six double bedrooms so it easily sleeps twelve but can accommodate up to 14 people. On the ground floor there are two double bedrooms and two Italian style, walk-in showers. There is a third bedroom with an independent entrance, a kitchenette and a shower room. On the first floor there is a double bedroom with two single beds and another Italian style shower. On the next level up, there is another double bedroom with a shower room and a WC. On this level there is also a hall, kitchen and living area measuring a total of 100m². Under the eaves there is a master bedroom with a double bed and bathroom and WC. Outside there is a great sense of space. The estate is set over 13ha of oak woodland and meadow.

There is space for parking, a swimming pool measuring 15m x 5m (not chlorinated water and there is also the option to pay a 150 euros weekly supplement for heating for the water), a shaded terrace area, a ‘Boules’ terrain, table-tennis, children's swing and badminton. If anyone has a baby in your party, there are most things you will need e.g. high chair, cot, baby-bath etc. And finally, included in the rent is linen, 3 hours weekly cleaning, use of the sauna, and the final cleaning.
